Cynthia A. Plazek (BA 1982, Duquesne University, Pittsburgh PA) began her church music career as a teen, and has consistently served the Diocese of Pittsburgh as organist, music director, vocalist and choir director at many parishes. Her goal is to make the music program here at St. Ferdinand a ministry that heals and gives glory to God. Her goal is to develop the musical gifts in each volunteer God sends her, and to train apprentice organists in a practical, pastoral approach to music ministry.
