Ministry
volunteers act as compassionate visitors, offering a
vital pastoral link between the Parish and the sick
and the homebound.
Stewardship of Service
Jesus came not to be served but to
serve.Through baptism and confirmation we are called
to a life of service to the wounded of the world. The
Eucharist strengthens us in that mission and the
Christian community hopefully supports us in our
responsibilities.
This ministry includes volunteers of all ages
providing a supportive care program designed to meet
the non-medical needs of people in our community who
are homebound, in nursing homes, or are in the
hospital. The BLESSINGS OF AGE Ministry of
Care is a way in which people can work together,
where they can give and get so much in return.
