Boxes, Boxes, Boxes
Do you or anyone you know have cardboard wardrobe boxes from a recent move? The White Elephant is in need of these as well as other size boxes in good condition. Please drop the boxes off at the education building after Tuesday, July 8.

Pies needed for Sunday festival dinner
We are in need of homemade, bakery or store bought pies for the Sunday Festival Dinner. Pies can be dropped off Sunday, August 14, by noon in Oldenski Hall kitchen. To accommodate those with food allergies, if possible, please label your donation with a list of ingredients.

Handcrafted Items Requested for Boutique
The Festival Boutique stand relies on the handcrafted items made by our parishioners. Knowing the time and effort that goes into these items, why not start now so your specialty is ready in early August.

Can’t wait to pass things along?
The time is almost here! Thanks so much for saving your new and gently used items for donation to our White Elephant sale! Without your generous donations, we would have nothing to turn into wonderful “merchandise” to help stock our great event at the Festival! We ask that items please be clean, in working condition and that pieces of sets, are packaged together. Please indicate the size of linen donations, such as, “queen size sheet set” and mark tablecloths/curtains with width & length.  Sorry we cannot accept clothing/shoes, full size refrigerators, fuel containers, any tube style TV or computer monitor, computer or related components older than 5 years, and tires.  If you have large items, especially furniture, help us avoid storage problems by waiting until later in July, if possible. We will  accept
donations July 8 - August 8. Look for signs at the education building for drop-off.

Please help prepare the Festival Sunday dinner
Preparations for the Sunday Festival Dinner will begin Monday, August 8, from 9:30 am - noon and from 6:00 –8:00 pm. Then will continue on Tuesday, August 9, at the same times and Wednesday, August 10, from 9:00 am - noon. If you are available during these times, please consider lending a hand. All are welcome.

Country Kitchen
Cookies, cakes, pies, baked goods, jams, jellies, fresh produce, flowers and plants are all welcome additions to the Country Kitchen Booth. Please bring your donations directly to the booth on the days of the festival.
To accommodate those with food allergies, if possible, please label your donation with a list of ingredients.

Please help fill the baskets for the Festival Small Raffles
The parish festival is August 12-14. We are asking for donations to assemble baskets for the Small Raffle Booth. New items are being accepted at the rectory now, and no donation is too small. Some suggestions include gourmet foods, kitchen gadgets, sporting goods, board games, picnic items, garden tools and decor, toys, baby items, bottles of cheer, candles, household items, crafting supplies, Pittsburgh Steeler, Pirate, Penguin and, other sports memorabilia, gift certificates and lottery tickets.

We Need You!
The White Elephant really needs your help. Please come join us and experience the camaraderie and satisfaction of seeing the results of your help for the Church! We are in need of help to sort & price from July 8 through August 9 on: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00 am-2:00 pm and Tuesday & Thursday, 7:00 pm-9:00 pm. Any amount of help you can give, even if it is only a few hours, will really make a difference and be greatly appreciated. Never done it before? No problem! Our core team of workers is here to help get you started, answer questions, and provide on-the-job training! Call Charlotte at 724-776-9112 if you have any questions.
